One Design Project is a sole proprietorship based in Borivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

• Enquiry details — your property location, project type, timeline, requirements and budget range, where you choose to share these
• Project information — drawings, photographs, site details and correspondence relating to your project
• Feedback, suggestions and any other information you choose to send us

• Cookies and similar technologies, which may include your IP address, device identifiers, browser settings, and information about how you use our website
• Limited analytics data about pages viewed and links clicked

Information from advertising platforms:

• If you submit an enquiry form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the details you provide in that form. Your use of those platforms is also governed by Meta's own privacy terms.

All personal information you provide must be true, complete and accurate, and you should notify us of any changes. If you provide another person's details, we assume you have obtained their consent to do so.

• our project team, contractors, vendors and suppliers, strictly as required to deliver your project

• professional advisers such as accountants and legal advisers
• government or regulatory authorities, where required by law

We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep it

• Enquiry data, where no project follows: up to 24 months from your last interaction with us
• Project and client records: for the duration of the engagement and thereafter for the period required by applicable law and our contractual obligations
• Data you have asked us to erase: deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights
